What you’ll do:
- Lead on assessing requirements, impact analysis, design, and build of Workday solutions that enhance the user experience.
- Support strategic projects, module deployments, and the global rollout/adoption of Workday.
- Manage and maintain our HR foundation data, org structures, and integrations with key business systems.
- Design and maintain advanced Workday reports and dashboards.
- Drive automation, process improvement, and full utilisation of Workday features.
- Support bi-annual Workday releases, system changes, and testing.
- Provide guidance, training, and stakeholder engagement to ensure maximum value from our HR systems.
- Ensure GDPR compliance and uphold the highest confidentiality standards.
What you’ll bring:
- Fluent French (written and spoken) and strong global communication skills.
- Deep Workday expertise across HCM, Comp, Absence, Talent, Performance, Learning, and Recruiting.
- Experience embedding Workday in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
- Strong technical skills and hands-on experience with EIBs and data manipulation.
- A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to challenge the status quo.
- Strong operational, process, and data analysis skills.
