SAP HCM Payroll (PY) Specialist

1. Provide 3rd Level Support for SAP HCM Payroll (PY) and adjacent modules
2. Analyze and resolve complex errors and optimize performance
3. Advise internal departments and support payroll processing
4. Perform customizing and adjustments in SAP HCM PY
5. Participate in release changes, system upgrades, and support pack implementations
6. Create and maintain documentation and training materials
7. Collaborate closely with international teams and external vendors

Must-Haves:

1. 5+ years of experience in:
2. SAP HCM (especially Payroll)
3. 3rd Level Support and complex SAP process troubleshooting

Nice-to-Haves:

1. Strong understanding of German and international payroll processes
2. Knowledge of ABAP debugging and schemas/rules
3. Experience with HR reporting (e.g., SAP Query, Ad Hoc Query)
