Project Duration
Specific Responsibilities:
- Designing SAP SuccessFactors solutions for complex projects, ensuring best practice, quality, and fit-for-purpose outcomes.
- Leading multiple streams of technical design and delivery activity in collaboration with Program Leadership.
- Translating functional and technical requirements into sustainable SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
- Providing expert insight into the SAP SuccessFactors platform, associated enterprise technologies, and roadmap.
- Developing strong client relationships through effective stakeholder engagement.
- Preparing high-quality deliverables such as documents and presentations to present client recommendations.
- Working effectively in diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognized for their contribution.
- Assisting with business development by actively contributing to proposals and bids.
- Contributing to the development of new HR propositions to support our clients and grow our business.
- Actively involved in the running of the practice.
About You
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging, and varied environment.
- Experience in applying design thinking, user experience, and customer-centric design.
- Proven experience working on end-to-end service delivery implementations.
- Proficiency in all phases of the development lifecycle and understanding of development practices.
- Knowledge of integrating SAP SuccessFactors modules into an HRIT landscape.
- SAP SuccessFactors certification in modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning, etc would be advantageous, but not necessary.
- Project Management / Scrum certification would be advantageous, but not necessary.
