Project Duration
Workday Expertise & Optimization
- Serve as the go-to Workday expert, providing strategic advice and hands-on support;
- Manage and optimize Workday modules, we currently use Absence Management, Compensation, HCM, Talent & Performance Management and Reporting & BI;
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring seamless functionality.
Strategic Alignment
- Collaborate closely with the HR team to align Workday processes with broader HR strategies and business goals.
- Act as a product owner, driving innovation and efficiency in HR systems.
Integration & Collaboration
- Ensure seamless integration of Workday with other applications in our ecosystem, such as recruitment, sales, BI, finance, revenue operations, and IT workspace apps.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, Finance, and external partners.
Stakeholder Empowerment
- Build and manage a key-user landscape to empower internal stakeholders and ensure effective system adoption.
- Actively participate in Workday-related events and initiatives to stay ahead of industry trends.

Additionally, you ideally have
- A relevant bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or HR.
- Proven experience with Workday implementations and consultancy—you’re not just a user; you’re a specialist.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and systems.
- Experience with system integrations and optimizing Workday functionalities.
- A problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify and resolve system issues (e.g., absence management challenges, bonus processes).
- Experience working in a global environment with regional differences in HR processes.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
