1. The role requires strong functional expertise in SAP HCM, Payroll, and Time Management, combined with experience in global rollouts, multi-country environments, and a proactive mindset toward innovation and AI-driven initiatives.
2. This position operates in close collaboration with global and regional teams, supporting both operational excellence and continuous improvement of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Act as a functional expert in SAP HCM across end-to-end Hire to Retire processes.
2. Participate in Design, Build, and Rollout activities for SAP HCM solutions in global and regional projects.
3. Support and enhance SAP Payroll, including Payroll Control Center (PCC), payroll interfaces, and payroll-related compliance.
4. Lead and support SAP Time Management solutions, ensuring alignment with legal and business requirements.
5. Contribute to SAP rollouts (ECC and/or S/4HANA), including testing, deployment, and hypercare activities.
6. Support integrations and interfaces related to HR and Payroll, acting as a functional counterpart to technical teams (e.g., SAP CPI/ FI module).
7. Deliver and maintain solutions in the following areas, depending on project scope:

9. Payroll (PY)
10. Payroll Control Center (PCC)
11. Time Management (PT)
12. HR Self Services
13. Employee Central
14. Data Driven HR and mobile HR solutions (Fiori)
15. Support continuous improvement initiatives and small enhancements in HR systems and processes.
16. Work in multicultural and multi-country environments, with strong exposure to Brazil and interaction with other countries (e.g., Germany, US).
17. Actively contribute to innovation initiatives, including automation and AI use cases in HR.

Qualificações

Required Qualifications & Experience

1. Experience in SAP HCM Design & Build.
2. Proven participation in multiple SAP rollouts.
3. Experience in complex, global, or corporate HR environments.

5. SAP HCM PA – strong functional knowledge
6. SAP Payroll (PY) – advanced level
7. SAP Time Management (PT) – advanced level
8. Payroll Control Center (PCC) and payroll interfaces
9. Strong understanding of Payroll and Time Management processes in Brazil
10. ABAP debug experience
11. Integration Knowledge
12. Functional knowledge of SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration), acting as a bridge between business and technical teams.
13. Advanced English (spoken and written) – required for da
