- The role requires strong functional expertise in SAP HCM, Payroll, and Time Management, combined with experience in global rollouts, multi-country environments, and a proactive mindset toward innovation and AI-driven initiatives.
- This position operates in close collaboration with global and regional teams, supporting both operational excellence and continuous improvement of HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a functional expert in SAP HCM across end-to-end Hire to Retire processes.
- Participate in Design, Build, and Rollout activities for SAP HCM solutions in global and regional projects.
- Support and enhance SAP Payroll, including Payroll Control Center (PCC), payroll interfaces, and payroll-related compliance.
- Lead and support SAP Time Management solutions, ensuring alignment with legal and business requirements.
- Contribute to SAP rollouts (ECC and/or S/4HANA), including testing, deployment, and hypercare activities.
- Support integrations and interfaces related to HR and Payroll, acting as a functional counterpart to technical teams (e.g., SAP CPI/ FI module).
- Deliver and maintain solutions in the following areas, depending on project scope:
- SAP HCM PA
- Payroll (PY)
- Payroll Control Center (PCC)
- Time Management (PT)
- HR Self Services
- Employee Central
- Data Driven HR and mobile HR solutions (Fiori)
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and small enhancements in HR systems and processes.
- Work in multicultural and multi-country environments, with strong exposure to Brazil and interaction with other countries (e.g., Germany, US).
- Actively contribute to innovation initiatives, including automation and AI use cases in HR.
Qualificações
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in SAP HCM Design & Build.
- Proven participation in multiple SAP rollouts.
- Experience in complex, global, or corporate HR environments.
- Functional Expertise
- SAP HCM PA – strong functional knowledge
- SAP Payroll (PY) – advanced level
- SAP Time Management (PT) – advanced level
- Payroll Control Center (PCC) and payroll interfaces
- Strong understanding of Payroll and Time Management processes in Brazil
- ABAP debug experience
- Integration Knowledge
- Functional knowledge of SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration), acting as a bridge between business and technical teams.
