Your Responsibilities
- Lead product development and change management of SuccessFactors Learning module and manage the 3rd level support and ongoing maintenance.
- Act as key contact to consult HR business with their change requirements and steer implementation with external partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement additional SuccessFactors modules, such as Talent and EC, aligning with organizational goals.
- Provide expert guidance and recommendations for optimizing HR processes through SuccessFactors functionalities.
- Stay updated on SuccessFactors updates and best practices, applying them to improve existing processes and systems.
Your profile
- At least 3 years experience in supporting and implementing SuccessFactors modules, including Learning and ideally other modules (e.g. Talent or EC).
- Strong understanding of HR processes and their alignment with SuccessFactors solutions. Certification in SuccessFactors Learning is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive and structured approach to tackling challenges.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Great ability to work as part of a team, experience in the use of agile methodologies is an asset.
