as Workday HRIS Specialist (gn) to shape new worlds of work!

Where You Make An Impact:

1. Manage and configure Workday in accordance with business requirements and best practices.
2. Identify opportunities to optimize the HRIS and implement changes to improve efficiency and user experience.
3. Collaborate with the HR team to define and implement Workday functions and processes.
4. Assist in training HR staff and other stakeholders on the use of Workday.
5. Lead projects for the implementation of new features or integration of the HRIS with other systems.
6. Work with the IT team to resolve technical issues, perform upgrades, and support system integrations.
7. Create reports, analyses, and dashboards from the HRIS to present HR metrics and KPIs, and support HR management in decision-making

What Makes You Be the Perfect Fit:

1. Hands-on configuration experience in one or more Workday modules.
2. Degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar field.
3. In-depth knowledge of HR functions, processes, and best practices.
4. Experience in project work and project management.
5. US payroll and benefits experience is a plus
6. Ability to present complex information clearly and conduct training sessions.
7. Team-oriented approach with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
