as Workday HRIS Specialist (gn) to shape new worlds of work!
Where You Make An Impact:
- Manage and configure Workday in accordance with business requirements and best practices.
- Identify opportunities to optimize the HRIS and implement changes to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Collaborate with the HR team to define and implement Workday functions and processes.
- Assist in training HR staff and other stakeholders on the use of Workday.
- Lead projects for the implementation of new features or integration of the HRIS with other systems.
- Work with the IT team to resolve technical issues, perform upgrades, and support system integrations.
- Create reports, analyses, and dashboards from the HRIS to present HR metrics and KPIs, and support HR management in decision-making

What Makes You Be the Perfect Fit:
- Hands-on configuration experience in one or more Workday modules.
- Degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar field.
- In-depth knowledge of HR functions, processes, and best practices.
- Experience in project work and project management.
- US payroll and benefits experience is a plus
- Ability to present complex information clearly and conduct training sessions.
- Team-oriented approach with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
