HCM system analyst who will be working closely with various stakeholders such as HR Operations, HRBPs, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, IT, and Finance Systems teams, looking after Workday HCM setup, architecture, and designing in- and outbound integrations.
Key responsibilities:
- Support the ongoing configuration, optimization, and maintenance of our Workday platform across various modules, such as HCM, Compensation, Absence, Talent&Performance. You’ll closely collaborate with the HR team, IT, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure Workday is aligned with business needs.
- Support day-to-day operations and troubleshooting in Workday, including issue resolution and root cause analysis.
- Participate in Workday releases by assessing impact, testing, and implementing new features.
- Create reports and dashboards using Workday Report Writer and calculated fields.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Workday solutions.
- Maintain documentation of processes and configurations.
- Support in EIB Loads.
- Support in change management.
- Assist in Workday projects, including module rollouts, process improvement and reporting.
- Configure and maintain Workday modules, business processes, and integrations.
Required skills:
- 2–3 years of experience working with Workday, preferably in an analyst or functional support role.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in one or more Workday modules (preferably Benefits, Learning, or Advanced Reporting).
- Strong understanding of HR processes and data management.
- Experience creating reports, dashboards, and calculated fields in Workday.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
Nice to Have
- Experience with WD security configuration and integration support.
- Workday Pro certification(s) or other formal training.
- Familiarity with ticketing tools (JIRA)
