Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Consultant specializing in Spanish Payroll for a full-time position. The role includes providing configuration support during the project’s implementation phase, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and delivering ongoing support for the SAP HCM environment after go-live.

Your ResponsibilitiesImplementation & Testing

1. Configure SAP HCM PY module with a focus on Spanish Payrol
2. lTranslate business requirements into functional specifications and system configurations
3. Ensure compliance with Spanish labour laws and payroll regulations
4. Prepare and execute unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for payroll processes
5. Preparing documentation, test scenarios, and supporting UAT

.Service Delivery & Support

1. Provide support for a newly implemented customer SAP HCM environments
2. .Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and deliver timely resolutions
3. .Manage change requests and enhancements in line with customer needs

Education and experience

1. Strong hands-on experience in SAP HCM Spanish Payroll configuration.
2. Knowledge of Time Management module (advantageous).
3. Proven track record in implementation projects and AMS support.
4. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines. Fluent Spanish (native or near-native level).
5. Good command in English (written and spoken).
6. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
7. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
