The Responsibilities

The position involves working closely with clients and colleagues to do the following:

1. Lead one or multiple functional domains
2. Coordinate with consultants from offshore locations
3. Organize discovery workshops across functional domains
4. Business analysis representing a specific area(s) of functional expertise e.g. Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Recruiting, Absence, Time tracking, etc
5. Work as a part of a project team to support architecture, scoping, implementation and post-production phases of the projects
6. Work with the Customer to identify data to be converted from legacy systems
7. Support the data cleaning, conversion and respective validation processes
8. Configure Workday according to customer requirements
9. Test business processes and Workday configuration
10. Develop and deliver customer-specific training and documentation
11. Work independently. Take direction and provide status to the Engagement Manager assigned to their project
12. Coordinate assigned deliverable schedules to ensure client's timelines are met
13. Contribute to business development, by Solutioning new deals and presenting solutions and offerings to prospects

The Requirements

Qualified Candidates will possess the following:

1. Experience in Workday HCM and Advance Compensation (one or more projects)
2. Workday HCM Certified and one or more advanced certifications (Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Recruiting, Talent, Absence, Time Tracking, Benefits, etc.)
3. Strong consulting skills, handling customer expectations
4. Excellent communication skills delivering to functional and management audiences
5. Practical experience gained on HCM implementation projects
6. Good understanding of technical topics (reports, data migration, integrations projects)
7. Fluent in English and Spanish

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

This job can be based remotely from a home office, or in either our Spain offices, and may entail travel to various client sites.

The job also entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, and face to face.
