The Role: Workday Analyst (Nearshore)

Location: Nearshore (Latin America – Remote/Hybrid supporting U.S. operations)

About The Role We are seeking a highly motivated Workday Analyst to support and enhance global HR systems. This role will partner closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure the effective configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Workday solutions across the organization.

As part of a nearshore delivery model, you will play a critical role in providing timely support to U.S.-based teams while contributing to global HR transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide day-to-day support for the Workday platform, including troubleshooting issues and responding to service requests
2. Configure and maintain Workday modules such as HCM, Compensation, Absence, and/or Talent
3. Support business process design, testing, and deployment of Workday enhancements and releases
4. Partner with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions
5. Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics within Workday
6. Support integrations between Workday and third-party systems
7. Participate in data audits, data loads (EIB), and ensure data integrity across systems
8. Assist with Workday releases, including impact analysis, testing, and communication
9. Document system processes, configurations, and user guides

Basic Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business, or related field
2. 2+ years of hands-on experience with Workday (HCM or related modules)
3. Experience supporting HRIS systems in a global or enterprise environment
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
5. Experience with reporting tools within Workday (e.g., Report Writer, dashboards)
6. Fluent in English (written and verbal)

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience in a nearshore or global delivery model supporting U.S.-based teams
2. Workday certifications (HCM, Compensation, Integrations, etc.)
3. Experience with Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio)
4. Knowledge of HR processes and data governance best practices
5. Experience working in a matrixed, multinational organization
