This role is suited to an established Workday Leader. If you have a strong track record of leading teams in either HCM or Financials and are keen to extend your knowledge across the full Workday platform, then this role could be ideal for you.

Workday HCM & Financials Lead – Required Profile:

1. Strong technical skills and project experience in either Workday HCM or Financials, along with a solid understanding of the other
2. Previous experience of managing a Workday team, either in a support function or project environment
3. Good knowledge of Workday Integrations, with experience of supporting their development
4. Experience of designing and delivering successful HR Tech roadmaps
5. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills: fluency in English is required, knowledge of German or another European language will be considered a plus
