we are looking for a Workday Functional Consultant - Time & Absence to join a global HR transformation program, supporting and enhancing a Workday HCM platform used across multiple countries.

Responsibilities

1. Design, configure, test, and deploy Workday Time & Absence solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and Workday best practices.
2. Lead and support implementations, enhancements, and functional change initiatives.
3. Act as a functional lead, coordinating requirements with global and local HR, IT, and business stakeholders.
4. Analyze existing HR processes and propose process improvements and optimization.
5. Support integration touchpoints between Time & Absence and other Workday modules or external systems.
6. Participate in UAT cycles, defect resolution, and post-deployment support.
7. Prepare and maintain functional documentation and configuration workbooks.
8. Provide functional support in BAU, ensuring solution stability and quality.

Requirements

1. 3-5 years of experience as a Workday Functional Consultant, with strong expertise in Time & Absence.
2. Solid knowledge of Workday configuration, business processes, and security related to the module.
3. Experience working in global / multi-country environments.
4. Strong stakeholder management skills, able to engage with both technical and non-technical teams.
5. Analytical, solution-oriented mindset.
6. Fluent English (written and spoken).

Conditions

1. Long-term project (18 months with possible extension).

3. Location: Barcelona
4. Modality: Remote, with occasional on-site visits to the Barcelona office.
