The Role The role ensures the stable, accurate and timely operation of Human Capital Management processes in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA, covering:
SAP HCM – PA (Personnel Administration) – Master data management (infotypes), employee actions, contracts and organizational assignments
– Integration validation with time, payroll and self-service platforms
SAP HCM – OM (Organizational Management) – Organizational structures, positions and relationships
– Plan version consistency, delimitations, PA/OM synchronization
SAP HCM – TM (Time Management) – Attendance/absence management, time evaluation, rules and schemas
– Integration with external time/attendance systems and payroll
SAP HCM – PY (Payroll) – Payroll calculation, retroactivity, wage types, deductions/earnings
– Schemas, rules, operations and legal/tax calculation
– Posting to FI, off-cycle payroll, post-payroll processes and legal reports
Key Integrations – Time & attendance systems
– FI/CO postings for payroll
– Self-service portals, HR workflows and external HR applications
The role includes functional analysis, incident/request support, testing, documentation, integration validation and support for payroll/time closing cycles within the AMS framework.
