Key Responsibilities:
- Business Process Analysis: Work closely with stakeholders to assess current HR processes, identify gaps, and define improvement opportunities within SAP SuccessFactors.
- Requirements Gathering: Document and prioritize functional requirements, ensuring alignment between business objectives and SF capabilities.
- Solution Design: Collaborate with the Enterprise Applications (EA) team to design SAP SF solutions, leveraging standard functionalities (focus on EC, LMS, Recruitment, Performance & Goals, Reward, and Development).
- Testing & Validation: Support end-to-end testing (UAT, regression, etc.) to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Training & Documentation: Develop training materials and conduct sessions for key users and end-users.
- Maintain clear documentation for system updates.
- Change Management: Drive adoption of new SF features, guiding stakeholders through changes with a pragmatic approach.
- Troubleshooting & Support: Act as L0 support, resolving issues and optimizing system performance post-implementation.
- Collaboration: Partner with HR, IT, external consultants, and global teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Master’s in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- SAP SF certifications are a plus.
Experience:
- 7 years min as a Business Analyst in SAP SuccessFactors (or SAP functional consulting).
- 7 years min of HR experience (end-user/key-user, not just consulting).
Technical Skills:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SF Employee Central (EC).
- Familiarity with other SF modules (for coordination with offshore teams).
- Knowledge of SAP ECC/S4HANA integrations and reporting tools (SAC, BW, etc.).
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication in English and French
- Pragmatic change management skills
