Workday Talent Configuration Specialist (Freelance – Remote from Spain)
100% remote from Spain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain Workday Talent and Performance modules including performance reviews (annual, mid-year, continuous feedback), goal setting and tracking, talent reviews and calibration, succession planning and readiness metrics as well as skills Cloud, development planning.
- Design and implement business processes, condition rules, calculated fields, and security roles related to talent.
- Partner with HR, L&D, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solutions.
- Provide subject matter expertise on Workday best practices and system capabilities.
- Develop custom reports, dashboards, and scorecards in Workday to support Talent Analytics.
- Participate in Workday release management, regression testing, and deployment of new features.
- Support data loads and configuration using EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder).
- Maintain documentation related to configurations, test scripts, and process flows.
- Provide end-user support and troubleshooting for Talent modules.
Mandatory requirements:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience configuring Workday Talent modules, including Performance & Goals, Succession Planning, Skills Cloud (or Skills Framework)
- Strong knowledge of Workday Business Processes, Calculated Fields, and Condition Rules.
- Experience with reporting and analytics in Workday.
- Fluent English
