SAP HCM / SuccessFactors Senior Consultant

Contract Duration: 6 months, with possibility of extension;

Location: Madrid (Hybrid Model, minimum 2 on-site days per week);

Key Responsibilities:

1. Analyze, configure, and optimize SAP HCM and SuccessFactors modules, focusing on Payroll, Time Management, and Employee Central;
2. Ensure compliance with local labor legislation;
3. Provide corrective and enhancement support for payroll processes;
4. Collaborate on integration between HCM / SuccessFactors and third-party systems;
5. Prepare functional and technical documentation (FS, TS, unit and integration testing);
6. Support business stakeholders and promote continuous process improvement;
7. Work effectively in global and multicultural environments, communicating fluently in English.

Technical Requirements:

1. 8+ years of proven experience in SAP HCM / SuccessFactors;
2. Strong expertise in Payroll (Spain) and local labor compliance;
3. Practical experience in Employee Central, Time Management, and Integrations (CPI, BTP, etc.);
4. Advanced customization and configuration skills for schemas, rules, wage types, and PCRs;
5. Experience with regression testing and international rollouts;
6. Preferred: exposure to RISE with SAP / S/4HANA HCM or EC Payroll projects.

Senior and autonomous consultant, capable of managing analysis through delivery;

Availability for a hybrid work model (minimum 2 on-site days per week);
