What You Will Do
- Take the technical lead for SAP SuccessFactors integration within the organization, acting as the key expert in technical decisions and solution execution.
- Design, develop, and implement integration solutions between SAP SuccessFactors and other enterprise systems, ensuring efficient and scalable connectivity.
- Leverage middleware tools such as SAP Integration Suite, CPI, or other ETL technologies to guarantee smooth and reliable data flow.
- Collaborate with HR functional teams to understand key processes and translate them into effective technical system configurations.
- Ensure compliance with security standards, data privacy, and regulatory requirements across all integration activities.
- Provide post-implementation support and leadership, resolving issues, optimizing integrations, and supporting global SAP SuccessFactors operations.
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors, including implementation of modules like Employee Central, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, and Reporting & Analytics. LMS and additional modules to be deployed after the 2025 GoLive.
- Strong technical background in integrations, with expertise in APIs, OData, and middleware such as SAP CPI, Dell Boomi, or MuleSoft.
- Solid understanding of HR processes, with the ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
- Experience in complex, global IT environments, working with distributed architectures and international teams.
- Analytical and collaborative mindset, skilled in problem-solving and familiar with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of French, Portuguese, Romanian, or Turkish is a plus.
