The key responsibility of a conscientious expert in this field is to manage HCM system (Workday) globally.

Responsible for overseeing and consistently maintaining the functionality of the full Workday system configuration and maintenance. This position also entails the supervision of the proper implementation of high-quality system information by organizing, processing, maintaining, and auditing sensitive HRIS data. To achieve proficiency in this role, you have to be proactive and demonstrate initiative by refining the manual and automated report processing, ensuring data integrity, and keeping employees’ records up to date, designing efficient and reliable processes.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

Workday scope

1. Design, develop and implement business processes, reports and dashboards to be used by the HR teams across the globe
2. Collaborate with IT and external vendors on system configurations and testing.
3. Test and validate business processes created by its peers
4. Act as a central point of contact for HR partners in various countries, addressing inquiries and providing system-related support.
5. Guide local HR users on Workday functionalities and best practices.
6. Support Workday integrations with other IT systems in their region and globally
7. Ensure that the global standards for the processes are being followed by local HRs and managers.
8. Perform corrections and adjustments on Workday data when needed and requested by local HR, ensuring that the necessary approvals and validations were done.
9. Develop and maintain documentation, such as user guides, training materials and SOPs.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Data Management and Analytics
2. Knowledge of HR software and systems and strong Microsoft Excel skills
3. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
4. Bachelor’s degree in information systems or a related field preferred
5. Experience in data handling and auditing is a plus
6. Fluent English
