you will work within an engagement team and be responsible for supporting the overall project goals and objectives. In this role, you will interact with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. It is expected that you will be able to perform independent tasks as well as provide technical guidance to team members, as needed. You will do this by performing the following job responsibilities
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to Workday integrations (e.g., EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, Cloud Connect, Orchestrate) to ensure seamless data flow between Workday and external systems
- Analyze and implement change requests or enhancements for existing integrations based on evolving client business needs and requirements
- Collaborate with client stakeholders and functional teams to gather requirements, assess impact, and deliver integration solutions that align with business objectives
- Maintain integration documentation, perform regular health checks, and ensure compliance with Workday best practices and security standards
- Proactively identify opportunities for process automation, integration optimization, and adoption of new Workday integration features to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications Required
- 3-6+ years of consulting and/or industry experience.
- Completion of coursework (Egresado) in any pertinent field or industry.
- Responsible for supporting project workstreams and/or teams.Identifies key drivers, defines problems and proposes solutions.
- Advanced English level.2+ years of related experience with System development or support with Workday and/ or ERP implementations, handling the integrations, case management and platform support.
- Experience with Workday integration Platform-as-a-Service (iPaaS) for building inbound and outbound integrations
- Experience with participating in the designing/testing/integrating phases of system development and interfaces.
- Understanding of data models, including but not limited to core HR, Recruiting, management, security, business processes and organizational hierarchies.
- Ability to interact at all levels of the client organization.
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, organize and analyze information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Superior Communication Skills in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.
- Preferred Workday Integration Certified, preferred but not required.
- Developed Workday Integrations such as: EIB, DT, CCW, CCO, CC Payroll Templates, CC 401k Templates, Workday
- Studio.Consulting experience, preferably with a large consulting firm.Technical knowledge of XML, XSLT and xPath.
