Work you’ll do/Responsibilities
- As a Consultant, you will work within an engagement team and be responsible for supporting the overall project goals and objectives. In this role, you will interact with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. It is expected that you will be able to perform independent tasks as well as provide technical guidance to team members, as needed. You will do this by performing the following job responsibilities:
- Configure system requirements for various Human Resources processes including, but not limited to Compensation, Talent, Payroll, Time Tracking, Leave & Absence.
- Provide end-to-end business processes, supported by technical configuration.
- Analyze and recommend continued process improvements and system enhancements to support customers.
- Ensure selected work products meet their specific requirements.
Qualifications Required
- 3-6+ years of consulting and/or industry experience.
- Completion of coursework (Egresado) in any pertinent field or industry.
- Responsible for supporting project workstreams and/or teams.
- Identifies key drivers, defines problems, and proposes solutions.
- Advanced English level.
- 2+ years of related experience with Workday development or support in HR/Finance implementation handling case management and platform support or experience as a Workday end user.
- Experience with designing/testing/integrating a core HR system.
- Understanding of HR data models, especially Core HR, Recruiting, Talent, Security, business processes and organizational hierarchies.
- Ability to interact at all levels of the client organization.
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgement.
- Ability to work independently and have a proactive attitude to learn and investigate.
- Superior Communication Skills in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.
Preferred
- Workday HCM Certified, preferred but not required.
- Consulting experience, preferably with a large consulting firm.
