This role is ideal for someone with deep functional knowledge of Workday Benefits who can lead from both a strategic and hands-on perspective, ensuring accurate configuration, testing, and seamless go-live.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Workday Benefits for UK and/or global employee populations
2. Serve as subject matter expert for Benefits functionality across enrolments, eligibility rules, plan configuration, and life event management
3. Work directly with HR, Payroll, and external vendors to ensure alignment and data integrity
4. Manage testing cycles, issue resolution, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones
5. Provide guidance to internal teams or junior consultants, ensuring best practices are followed

Required Skills & Experience

1. Proven delivery experience as a Workday Benefits Consultant or Lead
2. Deep understanding of benefits plan configuration, open enrolment, eligibility, and vendor file integrations
3. Experience working across global or multi-country implementations is a plus
4. Strong stakeholder management and the ability to act as a trusted advisor to clients or internal teams
5. Workday Benefits certification preferred but not essential if experience is extensive
