As a member of the team, you will play a critical role in supporting the implementation, optimization, and customization of the SAP HCM Time Management module in an S/4HANA environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Work closely with business stakeholders and functional consultants to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for SAP HCM Time Management solutions.
2. Design, configure, and implement SAP HCM Time Management functionalities to optimize time management processes across various industries.
3. Configure key SAP HCM Time Management functionalities, including Attendance Management, Absence Management, Shift Planning, and Time Recording.
4. Integrate SAP HCM Time Management solutions with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP Payroll, SAP HR, SAP Finance) to ensure end-to-end process optimization.
5. Provide expertise in areas such as Absence Management, Shift Planning, and Time Recording.
6. Customize the SAP HCM Time Management module to meet specific business needs, ensuring the system supports the client’s time management processes effectively.
7. Support system integration and troubleshooting, resolving any issues that arise during implementation and post-go-live.
8. Collaborate in design workshops, providing insights and recommendations for continuous process improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Strong knowledge of SAP HCM Time Management module configuration, including Attendance Management, Absence Management, Shift Planning, and Time Recording.
2. Experience with SAP HCM Time Management integration with other modules such as SAP Payroll, SAP HR, and SAP Finance.
3. Expertise in time management processes and deep understanding of best practices in the HR industry.
4. Experience in large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementations and system migrations.
5. SAP HCM certification is a plus.
6. Fluency in Italian is required for communication with local stakeholders.
