The position:
In this position you will have the chance to delve into an exciting role with three important pillars: HR systems support and business analysis, master data management and projects. Below the tasks and responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 2 support to local Key Users for our SAP SuccessFactors system, resolving issues and answering questions. If Tier 3 support will be needed, you will need to forward the case to our support team (external partner).
- Monitor, triage, and resolve HR system support tickets efficiently and effectively.
- Analyse HR business processes to identify areas for improvement and increased efficiency.
- Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) for system upgrades, enhancements, and new implementations.
- Document procedures and create knowledge resources (e.g., FAQs, user guides) to empower Key Users and promote self-service.
- Design, implement, or adjust existing reporting or dashboards using People Analytics Stories
- Manage HR master data within SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring compliance with established governance policies.
- Oversee data entry processes and conduct regular audits to maintain data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., IT, Payroll, HR Operations) to ensure seamless data integration across systems.
- Be involved in new projects and upgrades.
About You
We’re looking for an organized and proactive HR Officer with the following qualifications and attributes:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience working with HR systems, preferably SAP SuccessFactors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are required.
- Understanding of HR processes and data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proactive, eager to learn, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in SAP modules like PMGM, recruitment or specially in Employee Central will be considered as a plus.
- Prior experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals) – is a plus!
- Experience with reporting and data analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are required.
