Role Integrated into the Proserv Spanish department and under the supervision of an Proserv Team Manager, the overall responsibility of a Proserv PY/PT Consultant is to support our outsourced SAP customers

1. Provide application support consultancy through advice, guidance, and appropriate technical activities
2. Manage simple/medium complexity tickets after having received functional analysis and guidance / coaching on the technical way to implement it.
3. Generate easy-to-maintain bug free code and customizing respecting Strada best practices
4. Operate required system tests using either provided or self generated test data, to ensure the applications/developments meet the agreed specifications
5. Provide documentation (both technical and functional) on issues handled
6. Manage personal daily priorities and assigned tickets, and ensure that his deadlines are met. Regularly report on status and progress to the AMO Team Manager
7. Maintain internal and external contact and communication channels at appropriate level. Communicate status, resolution, and root cause of assigned issues
8. Understand the general flows in HR and the SAP HR architecture

What We Ask For

1. Bachelor or Master degree with a Business or Technical emphasis, or equivalent
2. Solid verbal and written communication skills in Spanish. English or Portuguese is a plus.
3. Previous experience in SAP HCM PY/PT application maintenance for Spanish customers
4. Knowledge of SAP PY ES solution and some legal knowledge too on legal for France
5. Intellectual curiosity and motivation to learn new technologies at a fast pace
6. Strong interest in delivering high quality support in the field of Human Resource
7. Ability to multi-task, to work in a constantly changing, fast-paced environment, and to consistently achieve quality standards
