As a Workday HCM, Recruiting, and Talent Consultant, you'll have the opportunity to:

1. Provide expert post-production support across Workday HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Learning, and Talent modules
2. Optimize existing configurations to improve efficiency and user experience across the full employee lifecycle
3. Guide clients through system updates, new feature adoption, and best practice improvements for all talent-related processes
4. Support critical HR processes including recruitment, performance management, succession planning, and talent development
5. Maintain and optimize integrations between HCM, Recruiting, Talent, and other Workday modules
6. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR processes and system performance
7. Build strong client relationships through reliable support and strategic guidance
8. Foster knowledge sharing within our team, mentoring fellow consultants on post-production best practices

Experience and requirements:

1. 4+ years of recent experience supporting Workday HCM, Recruiting, and Talent modules in production environments
2. Current certifications in at least two of the following: Core HCM, Recruiting, Performance & Talent Management
3. Comprehensive understanding of how HCM, Recruiting, and Talent modules interact in production environments
4. Experience leading post-production support teams and managing multiple client environments simultaneously (preferred)
5. Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail, balanced with strategic thinking to identify optimization opportunities
6. Excellent communication and leadership skills, fostering collaboration and explaining complex concepts with clarity
7. Aptitude for quick technology adoption, creativity in problem-solving, and flexibility in approach
8. A blend of confidence, adaptability, and a great sense of humor to thrive in our dynamic environment
