Workday Architect / Workday SDM

Key Responsibilities

1. Architect and configure Workday modules including Core HCM, Compensation, Absence, Talent, and Security.
2. Own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle: requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
3. Act as Service Delivery Manager, ensuring SLAs, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement.
4. Lead Workday tenant management, release planning, and change control.
5. Collaborate with HR, IT, and external vendors to ensure seamless integration and data integrity.
6. Mentor junior consultants and contribute to Workday best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

1. Minimum 5 years’ experience in Workday HCM, with hands-on configuration across multiple modules.
2. Proven track record as a Workday Architect or Lead Consultant.
3. Experience managing Workday support and enhancement cycles.
4. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
5. Familiarity with Workday Studio, EIBs, and Core Connectors is a plus.

Preferred

1. Workday certifications in HCM, Compensation, or Security.
2. Experience in multi-country deployments or unionised environments.
3. Background in HRIS strategy, data governance, or middleware integration.
