Workday Time & Absence Consultants (Remote – CET Time Zone)

Looking for experienced professionals to join a global Workday project — 2 for Germany and 2 for Belgium.

Location: Remote (Europe, CET time zone)
Languages: English only – German, French, or Flemish not required
Contract duration: till December 2026

What you will do:

Translate stakeholder requirements into effective Workday solutions
Design and document functional specs, QRGs, and Knowledge Articles
Support configuration, testing, and deployment of the Workday Time & Absence module
Lead and participate in stakeholder workshops
Communicate with third-party vendors for data, integration, and technical support
Assist with data analytics, migration, and integration activities

What we need from you

Workday certification in Time & Absence
Demonstrated experience in end-to-end Workday implementations
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment
