Job Description

The position is to be filled at one of our locations or remotely troughout Germany.

1. Implementation and support of customer projects in the area of SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals and optionally Succession, Compensation or Variable Pay.
2. Analysis of the customer situation and development of strategies for the implementation and operation of the SuccessFactors solution.
3. Support in all project phases - from the first workshops to implementation and support after go-live.
4. Independent performance of customer workshops and user trainings.
5. Support in presales activities such as the execution of system demos or the preparation of offers.
6. You will be responsible for the Performance & Goals module and will actively drive the professional development of our team.
7. As a Senior Consultant, you will also take on (partial) project management in smaller teams on site at our customers.

Qualifications

1. Completed university studies, several years of relevant professional experience and successful current certification in SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals and optionally in other modules.
2. Knowledge of business and IT processes and their mapping in SAP SuccessFactors.
3. Experience with project management and consulting methodologies.
4. Solution/process-oriented thinking skills and strong methodological competence.
5. Communication and teamwork skills as well as a convincing appearance.
6. Business fluent German and fluent English.
