Role Description:
- Integration Experience: Proven experience integrating with SuccessFactors or similar Human Capital Management systems.
- Software Engineering Practices: Familiarity with test automation, DevOps, and code versioning, along with experience using standard toolsets.
- Data Management: Knowledge of sharing and securing data through various interfaces.
- Agile Methodology: Experience working in agile/iterative software development teams, ensuring delivery to agreed commitments.
- Data Flow Optimization: Previous experience in designing, setting up, and optimizing data flows.
- Design and Architecture: Understanding of design and architecture concepts, with the ability to apply this knowledge within the development cycle.
- Collaborative Development: Experience in agile development practices, where requirements and solutions evolve through collaborative efforts of self-organizing cross-functional teams.
- Corporate Alignment: Awareness of INGKA's corporate identity, core values, and vision of creating a better everyday life for many people.
