In this role, you will help our clients get the most out of their Workday investment by:

Collaborate with clients on industry standards and leading practices in both HCM and Advanced Compensation domains, contributing to functional solutions that meet client needs and objective and applying Workday and Accenture methodologies.
Hosting workshops and leading discussions on topics in line with your area(s) of expertise, covering both HCM and Advanced Compensation functionalities.
Independently leading your workstream and reporting on progress
Ability to lead diverse and disparate teams and lead them through the implementation. Liaising closely with client counterparts, colleagues and Workday to exceed client expectations
Actively supporting innovation through the creation of new industry-leading
