Role/Responsibilities:

Act as Lead Consultant for the SAP Payroll (Germany) workstream
Provide expert-level knowledge of German SAP Payroll processes and configuration
Liaise with business stakeholders and technical teams to define and implement payroll solutions
Ensure system compliance with German legal and regulatory payroll requirements
Lead workshops, support testing, and oversee go-live activities
Strong communications skills
