We’re looking for a Workday HR Functional Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Core HR configuration, and deep functional knowledge across Compensation, Security, and Change Job processes. Experience with Kainos EDM will give you a strong edge.

What You’ll Do

1. Configure and maintain Workday Core HR modules to support accurate, efficient HR operations
2. Implement and manage Compensation structures and workflows
3. Define and maintain Security roles & permissions within Workday
4. Support and optimise Change Job processes, ensuring compliance and smooth execution
5. Partner with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable Workday solutions
6. Provide best-practice guidance to enhance system performance and user experience

What You Bring

1. Proven experience in Workday Core HR configuration
2. Strong functional knowledge of Compensation, Security, and Change Job
3. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve Workday HR issues with confidence
4. Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
5. Kainos EDM experience (highly desirable)
