Responsable de Proyecto SAP HCM/SSFF

Responsable de Proyecto SAP HXM para liderar iniciativas de transformación en el área de Recursos Humanos con SAP HCM y SuccessFactors.

Responsabilidades:

Gestionar proyectos de implantación de SAP HXM.
Coordinar equipos funcionales y técnicos.
Asegurar la correcta integración con nómina y talento.
Interlocución con RRHH y dirección.

Requisitos:

Experiencia en SAP HCM y/o SuccessFactors.
Conocimiento de procesos de RRHH.
Experiencia liderando proyectos de transformación digital.
