1. Strong understanding of local payroll compliance for the French - local laws and regulations/scenarios within SAP ECC and configuration. Weekly payroll, real-time reporting, and the impact on other system dependencies.
2. Hands-on configuration experience within ECC and Payroll.
3. Sharp business-facing skills and ability to work closely with the internal customer and external vendors.
