¿Qué buscamos?

Experiencia de +4 años en la implementación y configuración de Workday HCM.
Conocimiento profundo de módulos como Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Talent Management, Time Tracking y Payroll.
Experiencia en integraciones con otros sistemas y herramientas de RRHH.
Certificación de Workday HCM (deseable, no excluyente).
Nivel de inglés avanzado.
Modalidad remota 100%.

Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal, con capacidad para explicar tecnología a diferentes niveles de la organización.

Atención al detalle, enfoque metódico en la validación de software y sólida comprensión de las disciplinas de prueba.

Habilidad para trabajar en un entorno ágil y dinámico, con excelentes habilidades organizativas.

Nivel de inglés B2 o superior.
