This role is contributing to the HR Services division in San Luis Potosí.

You will be mainly accountable for:

1. Personnel movements (any change of personnel in relation to the system).
2. Incidence to payroll as well as induction list.
3. Head count reports, casualties, movements.
4. Identifying improvement opportunities and taking charge of process improvement projects.
5. Preparing reports and documents for authorities and checking the quality of output from other HR Specialists.
6. Ensuring that systems and databases have up-to date employee and organizational information with high data quality and accuracy, and providing reports where require.

Qualifications for the role

1. At least three of experience in HR area working with reporting, data analysis and payroll.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business, or related career.
3. Previous experience with Workday.
4. Advanced Excel level.
5. A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.
6. A proactive way of working to serve customers with a “can-do” attitude.
7. Advanced English - Portuguese is a plus.
