Senior / Principal Workday Consultant — Any HCM Modules

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead design, configuration, and implementation of Workday modules based on business needs
2. Collaborate virtually with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless Workday solutions
3. Provide expert guidance on Workday best practices and continuous process improvements
4. Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team knowledge sharing
5. Proactively build relationships and networks across clients and internal teams

Required Skills:

Applicants must have expertise in at least two of the following Workday modules/areas:

1. Core HCM
2. Reporting
3. Security
4. Integrations
5. Absence
6. Time Tracking
7. Talent
8. Advanced Compensation
9. Payroll
10. Benefits
11. Recruiting

Qualifications:

1. Proven Senior or Principal Workday Consultant experience
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
3. Excellent communication and remote collaboration capabilities
4. Experience working with diverse global teams
5. Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
6. Strong networking and relationship building skills
7. Proficiency in English is required; additional languages, especially German, are a plus

Additional Information:

1. Must be located within EMEA or have legal authorization to work in an eligible EMEA country
2. Role is predominantly remote with limited travel requirements
