Mandatory Skills Description:

5+ years of professional experience in the fields of consulting, implementation, and application support of complex HCM solutions with strong focus on Time Management (PT/TE). Knowledge in related areas like Payroll (PY-DE), Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), strong understanding of related HR business processes.
Hands-On practice and implementation knowledge in PT/TE – time evaluation including developing and customizing schemas and rules, knowledge of integration with Payroll.
Desirable experience in the migration of classic SAP HCM solutions and integration with SAP’s new technologies (S/4HANA, H4S4, SuccessFactors).
Fluency in German and English.
High analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Commitment to the realization of assigned tasks.
Strong teamwork skills.
