Details:

1. Role: SAP HCM Payroll Consultant
2. Location: Madrid / Spain.
3. Remote work (on occasions some travel availability would be required)
4. Start: ASAP
5. Duration: 12 months + most probably extended.

Scope of Work:

1. Be part of a global team maintaining different countries implementations.
2. Participate in new projects, carve-in, cave-outs following the company guides and common system policies.
3. Gather the requirements, helping the client to express needs and collect them in accordance with defined quality standards.
4. Make necessary adjustments to SAP configurations based on changes in legislation or company policies.
5. Bring best practices from previous experiences, ensure that standard SAP processes are used.
6. Support the incident team with the resolution of complex issues.
7. Support the business for change management.
8. Experienced in working in agile and hybrid environments.

Skills:

1. At least 3-5 years of SAP HCM experience, with practice in different payroll implementations/maintenance countries. Proven expertise in SAP Payroll configuration, with in-depth experience in payroll schemas, rules, operations, and functions.
2. Customizing complex payroll processing primary following the SAP standard tools.
3. Knowledge of integration points with other SAP modules like FI (Financial accounting) and CO (Controlling).
4. Familiarity with integration of third-party applications and systems such as Successfactor, Workday, Shapein, SAP PI and data migration.
5. Experienced in projects methodology (BBP, implementation, testing, documentation and go-live).
6. Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
7. Fluent in English.

Desirable skills:

1. Experience in different SAP payroll IMG implementations such as international PY, PY-PT, PY-IT, PY-BE, PY-ES, PY-FR.
2. Experienced in Time Management.
