We are offering an exciting opportunity to be hands-on in a global HR transformation, migrating from SAP HCM to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. This is a chance to work directly on a large-scale implementation, configuring, testing, and optimizing a future-ready HR system for a global organization.

The Role:

As a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, you will focus on the technical execution of the migration, working closely with teams to configure and deploy Employee Central. You will be involved in:

System configuration and customization within SuccessFactors Employee Central.
Data migration from SAP HCM to Employee Central, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Testing and troubleshooting during the implementation phase.
Resolving complex issues and providing support throughout the rollout.
Assisting in the integration of Employee Central with other HR and business systems.
Supporting LMS and Compensation modules, if applicable.
