Key Responsibilities
Integration Development & Technical Delivery
- Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations end-to-end
- Develop solutions using: Workday Studio Core Connectors (PECI, WECI, PICOF) EIB (inbound/outbound) Document Transformation (DT) and XSLT
- Workday Studio

- Develop and maintain file-based integrations (SFTP, PGP encryption/signing)
- Work with REST/SOAP APIs for system integrations
- Build and optimize Advanced Reports, RaaS, and Calculated Fields
- Ensure integrations meet performance, scalability, and SLA requirements
Integration Architecture & Design
- Analyze business and functional requirements and translate them into technical integration solutions
- Design robust and reusable integration patterns
- Ensure alignment with Workday integration frameworks and best practices
- Define data mappings, transformations, and validation rules
- Ensure secure data exchange using: OAuth2 ISU / ISSG Encryption standards

Support, Monitoring & Optimization
- Monitor integrations and ensure high availability and reliability
- Troubleshoot incidents and perform root cause analysis
- Optimize integration performance and reduce processing failures
- Maintain versioning, documentation, and governance standards
Testing & Deployment
- Support and execute: Unit testing Integration testing UAT support

- Participate in deployment activities and post-go-live stabilization
Collaboration & Stakeholder Interaction
