We are looking for a Workday HCM Time Tracking Consultant.

Duration: 6+ months renewable

Location: Europe

Description:

• Provision of 2nd- and 3rd-Level support for Time Tracking

• Customer consulting for Time Tracking

• Customer consulting for optimization as part of Time Tracking

• Troubleshooting of issue tickets

• Time Tracking problem analysis and corrections in alignment with customer- and experts

• Implementation of service requests for the Time Tracking

• Implementation of Time Tracking-change requests in alignment with customer- and experts

• Independent takeover from Time Tracking tickets from the ticketsystem

• Support with half-year releases from Workday HCM the rework

• Participation in meetings with the customer as technical Workday-expert

Workday HCM Certification Time Tracking is required
