Consultor/a Workday

The successful candidate will be expected to:

1. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide strategic solutions to optimize their human capital management processes.
2. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
3. Ensure adherence to best practices and maintain high-quality standards throughout project lifecycles.

The successful candidate should bring the following qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university required
2. Minimum of 1 – 2 years’ consulting experience in HR Technology Project? Implementations and/or Technology Services Support.
3. Must have experience?in implementing Workday HCM. Recruiting or Learning certification is a plus.
4. English
