1. Project management
- End-to-End Implementation: lead the implementation of the Workday Absence Management module for new entities within the organization. This includes project planning, requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and go-live support. The HRIS Manager will support in the project management and resource planning depending on the complexity of the project.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
2. Run Operations
- Troubleshooting and Support: manage day-to-day operations related to the Absence Management module by troubleshooting issues and addressing user inquiries promptly.
- Ticket Backlog Management: oversee the ticket backlog for absence management-related requests, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with stakeholders.
- Compliance Assurance: ensure that absence management processes comply with relevant labor laws and organizational policies.
3. Module Optimization
- Workday Release Management: manage Workday release periods for the Absence Management module by assessing new features and functionalities relevant to your scope. Manage the non-regression testing for the module and respective reports.
- Optimization Initiatives: propose and implement optimization initiatives aimed at improving user experience and enhancing the capabilities of the Absence Management module based on feedback and best practices.
- Reporting and Analytics: ability to build or optimize existing reports with a continuous improvement mindset
- User Training and Support: develop training materials and conduct training sessions for HR and employees/managers on the use of the Absence Management module, ensuring user proficiency.
YOUR PROFILE
- Minimum of 4 years of experience working with Workday, specifically in the Absence Management module.
- Strong understanding of absence management processes, including leave types, accruals, and compliance considerations.
- Proven experience in configuring and optimizing Workday modules within a multinational organization operating in different countries.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Previous experience working in an HRIS consultancy firm is a plus.
