As a Workday Functional Sr Analyst your primary responsibilities may include:

1. Support the HCM work stream driving towards decisions and recommending best practices related to Workday functionality.
2. Identify strategies, risks, and options, recommend approaches and mitigations to meet client/functional requirements.
3. Lead, mentor, counsel and manage performance of project staff (depending upon project structure)
4. Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices.
5. Demonstrate design options through the use of prototyping.
6. Configure and test the Workday system.
7. Understand and apply Workday and Accenture methodologies.
8. Demonstrate strong client and stakeholder collaboration to achieve project objectives.
9. Support innovation through the creation of new industry leading methods and assets.

Here’s what you need:

1. 1+ year of consulting experience, most recently in a Senior Analyst, Consultant, or similar level role, preferably with a large consulting firm
2. 1+ year of HCM Implementation experience
3. Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 5 years) work experience.

Bonus points if:

1. 2+ years prior experience implementing Workday with a certified Workday implementer
2. Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
3. Experience with Excel, Visio and PowerPoint
4. Experience managing, coaching, or mentoring others.
