Key Responsibilities:

1. Workday Product Ownership: Lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of Workday initiatives, ensuring alignment with business needs.
2. Core HCM & Workday Security: Oversee Workday Core HCM functionalities, including business processes, employee lifecycle management, and compliance. Manage Workday Security, ensuring role-based access, data integrity, and security policies are enforced.Program & Project Management: Develop and execute Workday implementation plans, track milestones, and ensure timely delivery of key deliverables.
3. Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the bridge between HR, IT, Finance, and external vendors, translating business requirements into system configurations and solutions.
4. System Enhancements & Optimization: Identify opportunities for system enhancements, work with developers and Workday consultants, and drive continuous improvements.
5. Issue Resolution & Support: Lead troubleshooting efforts for system issues, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal disruption to business operations.
6. Compliance & Governance: Ensure Workday configurations comply with company policies, data security standards, and regulatory requirements.
7. Training & Change Management: Develop user guides, provide training to end-users, and support change management initiatives for Workday upgrades and new features.

Qualifications & Skills:

1. 10+ years of experience in Workday HCM with a focus on Workday Security and Product/Program Management.
2. Strong expertise in Workday Core HCM, Business Process Configuration, Security Administration, and Reporting.
3. Demonstrated experience managing large-scale Workday implementations or enhancements.
4. Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
5. Proficiency in agile methodologies and project management tools (JIRA,, etc.).
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
7. Workday certification(s) in HCM and/or Security (preferred).
