We are currently seeking an EU-based Freelance Senior Workday HCM Consultant to support a client looking to enhance and optimise their existing Workday environment.

Having implemented Workday approximately 24 months ago, the client is now focused on process optimisation, data integrity, and system improvements across their HCM landscape.

Key areas of focus:

1. Workday process reviews and improvement planning
2. Implementation of Workday best practices
3. Enhancing data accuracy and governance
4. Review and optimisation of security groups
5. System enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives

Ideal profile:

1. Workday HCM Certified (additional certification in Talent, Time & Absence, or Security is highly desirable)
2. Strong hands-on Workday HCM consulting experience
3. Fluent in English
4. Based within the EU
