Job Description
The position is to be filled at one of our locations or remotely troughout Germany.
- Lead end-to-end implementation projects for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and deployment.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices, solution architecture, and configuration options within the Employee Central module.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient system solutions.
- Lead and mentor project team members, providing guidance, support, and knowledge transfer.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and presentations to clients and project stakeholders.
- Assist in pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations, proposal preparation, and client presentations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and best practices related to SAP SuccessFactors and Employee Central.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation, with a focus on the Employee Central module.
- In-depth understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and project team members.
- Minimum of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Application Associate certification, professional certification desirable.
