Job Description:

Workday HCM Configuration and Maintenance

1. Configure and maintain Workday HCM modules (Core HCM, Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, etc.).
2. Ensure the system aligns with organizational goals and HR best practices.
3. Support system upgrades, testing, and troubleshooting.

Data Management

1. Ensure accurate and consistent data entry, validation, and maintenance within Workday.
2. Create and maintain data governance standards to improve data quality and reliability.
3. Lead data cleanup, migration, and transformation efforts as needed.

Reporting and Analytics

1. Develop custom reports, dashboards, and visualizations in Workday to support HR decision-making.
2. Analyze workforce trends, KPIs, and other HR metrics to provide actionable insights.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify reporting requirements.

Integration and Collaboration

1. Partner with IT and other teams to ensure seamless integration of Workday with other enterprise systems.
2. Collaborate with HR and business leaders to understand requirements and provide system solutions.

Training and Support

1. Train HR team members and other end-users on Workday functionality and best practices.
2. Provide ongoing support for Workday-related issues and inquiries.
